Delete your Book My Leads account
You can permanently delete your Book My Leads account and all associated data using either of the methods below. We process every request and confirm by reply.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
This is the fastest path and takes about a minute.
- Open the Book My Leads app on your phone.
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left, then tap Edit Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the prompt. Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer sign in to the app, email us from the address tied to your account:
support@alticllc.com
Subject line: Account Deletion Request
We delete the account within 7 business days of receiving your email and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
- Your business profile, logo, services, staff, custom form fields, and availability schedule
- All leads, bookings, and quote requests on your account
- Your authentication record (email/password and Google Sign-In)
- Push notification tokens
- Subscription billing tokens used for in-app purchases
What is kept, and for how long
- Anonymized billing records, retained for up to 7 years to meet tax and financial reporting obligations. These records do not contain personally identifiable information.
- Aggregated, non-personal analytics (for example, total active accounts per month) that cannot be linked back to you.
All personal data covered above is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
