Scope of this policy

- Visit our marketing website or hosted quote-request pages.
- Create an account and use the Book My Leads web, iOS, or Android apps.
- Submit a quote request to a business that uses Book My Leads.
It does not cover the independent practices of the businesses that use our Service, or third-party websites and services that link to or from ours.

Information you provide as an account holder
When you sign up and use the Service, we collect the information needed to run your account — your name, email address, business name and details, services, prices, availability, staff, and reply content.
Quote-request information
When a customer submits a quote request, we collect the information they enter, such as name, phone number, email, service requested, preferred date and time, and message.
Information collected automatically
We automatically collect certain technical data, such as device and app version, log and diagnostic data, approximate usage activity, and push-notification tokens.
Calendar data
If you connect Google Calendar, we access the calendar data necessary to create and sync booked appointments. You can disconnect this integration at any time.
How we use information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Deliver quote requests and send reply emails on your behalf.
- Send push notifications and transactional messages.
- Provide customer support.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and secured infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, object to certain processing, restrict processing, and withdraw consent.
- Push notifications. Turn these off in your device settings.
- Calendar sync. Disconnect Google Calendar from within the app.
- Account deletion. Contact us to close your account and delete associated data.

The Service is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 or the minimum age in your jurisdiction.
International transfers
We operate in the United States, and our providers may process and store data there.
