These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Book My Leads, a product of Altic LLC ("Book My Leads," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using our websites, apps, and services (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business, and "you" refers to both you and that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Book My Leads is a platform that helps service businesses receive quote requests, respond by email or phone, move leads through a simple funnel (New, Contacted, Follow-up, Scheduled), and schedule appointments. Features may include a hosted quote-request page, a built-in calendar with optional Google Calendar sync, services and staff management, and an agency mode for managing multiple businesses. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your account credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. You may sign in using Apple or Google; their authentication is subject to their own terms. Notify us promptly at support@alticllc.com of any unauthorized use.
Plans, billing & subscriptions
Book My Leads offers a free tier and a paid plan. Paid subscriptions are sold as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store and Google Play. When you purchase a subscription:
- Billing, payment, and renewals are processed by the applicable app store under its own terms — we do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, through your app store account settings.
- Refunds are handled according to the policies of the app store through which you purchased, and as required by applicable law.
We may change our plans and prices on a prospective basis; changes will not affect a billing period already paid for.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Among other things, you will not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose, or to send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Send communications without the consent required by applicable law, or contact people who have opted out.
- Infringe others' rights, upload malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
Your content & data
You retain ownership of the content and data you submit, including your business information and the quote requests you receive ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, and transmit Your Data solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of Your Data and for having all rights and consents necessary to collect and process your customers' personal information. As between you and us, you are the controller of your customers' data, and our handling of it is described in our Privacy Policy.
Communications you send
The Service lets you send email replies and place phone calls to your leads. You are solely responsible for the content of those communications and for complying with all applicable laws governing them, including anti-spam and telemarketing rules. You will obtain any consents required before contacting a customer.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties such as Google, Apple, and our email provider. Your use of those integrations may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your dealings with them are between you and that third party.
Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content (excluding Your Data), is owned by Altic LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.
Feedback
If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it without restriction or obligation to you.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will result in any particular number of leads, bookings, or revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altic LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altic LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Data, your communications with customers, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in [Your County/State] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not subject to other dispute-resolution terms, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
